Bay Quality Comfort came out a couple of days after all the outside vents had been redone and rat proofed and sealed. Then Bay Quality Comfort came in with Tyler Bruns and an equally experienced HVAC person named Jonathan. They worked ALL DAY from about 9-6 wanting to make sure that we had our heat back on during 40 degree days and nights. Tyler gave a fair price for the amount of work that they did, plus they removed all the old rat infested debris and vents in bags, and cleaned up neatly. We would highly recommend them because they came out immediately within the day for an estimate, showed up when expected, cleaned by neatly and had all materials ready for the job. This seems to be a group of licensed professionals in slightly different areas, who work together with integrity, and honest appraisals. When the heat was turned on after a long day for redoing the vents, it was much stronger than it had ever been which made us wonder how long the rats had compromised out heating system? Linda B.

Not being able to sleep because your bedroom is the coldest room in the house is never fun. It is also one of those things you do everything in your power to avoid calling a professional for. So after a few weeks of strategically opening and closing doors/vents in my house to "hack" my own HVAC airflow, I decided it was time to call a professional.


I knew I made the right choice about 15 mins into Tylor visiting my propery. He spent time to get to know me, diagnose the issue, go under my house into my crawl space, and video document the two issues:


1. One of my ducts (the one leading to my bedroom) had broken off and cold air was pumping into my system.


2. THE FLUE WAS DISCONNECTED AND PUMPING CO2 DIRECTLY INTO MY CRAWLSPACE/HOUSE (which could have killed me and my fiancée in our sleep).


He repaired both right away, and came back the next day to double check all the connections and finalize the work.


A true professional. Everything including his invoice was fair, honest, and fast.

Tylor did a great job replacing the heating ducts that run under the house. He came by before and gave us a quote and then came out and got us all fixed up.

Bay Quality Comfort is doing great work for us. They arrived on time, work all day & provide regular follow-up. We used other pest services in the past but Bay Quality has done a very thorough job including blocking their access, not just trapping inside. Great service from a great company.

I have a mouse problem and had bay quality comfort come out and take a look at it. After reviewing my house in detail, they determine that there was a few things I could do, but unfortunately, the type of roof I have was the main problem. Rather than try to sell me a service that ultimately wouldn't work, they were honest with me gave me some recommendations and didn't even charge me for the inspection. They were very honest. I would recommend them. They couldn't help me, but at least they didn't take advantage of me and gave me some good recommendations.
